👉 It is too late …
Our most controversial in-depth BLOG yet! 👉 It is too late …
Sometimes it is too late to create a photograph. . Something, or someone, that was always supposed to be, is not there now.,. Regrets fill our hearts. We wish we could turn back time.
A couple of months ago, we received a note from Shannon Smith Williard, one of our dear clients. With her permission, we would like to share it: .
10 years ago, you took these amazing pictures that I cherish every year. I am not sure if you know or not, but Nickolas passed away on September 19, 2021, at the age of 19. He was killed in a horrible automobile accident. Braden is now 17 and will graduate in June 2023. We set these pictures out every year. Braden and I sit and talk about that day every year bc he remembers having these pictures made and saying it was truly an amazing day. I wanted to get these done again even though they were older and wish I had.
We are very thankful to Shannon for sharing that story. . Unfortunately, she is not the only person that sent us a note like this. In the last decade of creating Fine Art Christmas artwork, we received many similar messages where, unfortunately, it was too late to create images.
You can’t afford to wait one more year, or maybe another season, or perhaps when “little Susan is three years old”. The risk is too high. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but sometimes more information is needed to make a decision
UNEXPECTED EVENTS. We all lost someone at some point unexpectedly. Last season, Larry and I planned to create Fine Art Christmas photography with our baby, Anna Rose. Unfortunately, an unexpected second heart surgery came up for her. We had to postpone a session. It was out of our control.
CHANGE is unstoppable. You change. We change. Even our Santa gets older. There are a lot of variables in the creation of Fine Art Christmas photography. A lot of them we can’t control. Just like any other company, there are things that are constantly changing, and sometimes are out of our control. Just like during Covid 2020, sometimes the world just stops.
THE PERFECT AGE. It is more important to capture the right age of a child rather than capture the images during the holiday season. When you think about it, the images that we will create for you will be there for generations. No one will care that the photograph was captured during the holidays. They will care about the artwork, the size of the child, the feel, and nostalgia.
Make a decision to create a Fine Art Christmas photograph for your family now. Don’t wait until it is too late, and suddenly realize that the “perfect age is gone. “The little toes and cute dimples have changed. Choose to buy artwork because those you love need a memory of love and a feel of nostalgia.. Contact us today to book your Christmas session with Masterpiece Christmas. You don’t have to wait until the holiday season.
